Robert Palley is a Chicago-based property acquisition and development professional who has managed operations at Granite Realty Partners, LLC, since co-founding the real estate and development firm in 1998. He began his career in 1983 as the director of finance at Levy Restaurants. He later worked as the project manager at Oliver T. Carr Company (where he developed and leased approximately 600,000 square feet of Class A office space) and vice president and principal for The Levy Organization. Robert Palley acquired, financed, and developed more than $200 million in commercial real estate with The Levy Organization. Before establishing Granite Realty Partners, he spent over 6 years as the vice president and principal for Jupiter Realty Corporation. He has completed upwards of $1 billion of real estate development and acquisition during his career.
Mr. Palley studied biology at Northwestern University, graduating with a bachelor of arts. He continued his education at the same university, earning a master of business administration in finance. He enjoys leading an active lifestyle when he is not managing operations at Granite Realty Partners, with interests including tennis, skiing, and pickleball. He also enjoys golfing at the Oak Park Country Club and Oak Brook Golf Club. In addition, he has joined professional organizations such as SOAR Real Estate and the Chicago Board of Realtors.
